NOTES:

Athletic Analysis: Jahn’s mental game is beginning to match his talent. We have only spent a short amount of time working together. During this time, running technique was highly emphasized at every session. Jahn’s starts are aligned properly some of the time. His start is slow at times due to reaction to the gun. Jahn still needs to work on core strength to improve his running posture. He has tremendous stride frequency, but it is inconsistent. From the beginning, Jahn faced difficulty in completing a workout mostly due to his emotional state of mind. Too many questions and not enough production. He persevered and in return began to mark improvements in his performances.

Jahn has outstanding potential. I highly recommend gun starts, technique training and weight training designed specifically for him. Jahn could potentially run sub 21.0 outdoors in the 200 meter dash during his high school career.
